Qualifications

Familiar with the system operation.
Double check order, food/drinks for quality and customer satisfaction.
Serve food/drinks to customers.
Keep tables/chairs clean and tidy at all times.
Re‑fill all necessary materials/ingredients such as merchandise, pencil, menu.
Ensure enough inventory of takeaway packing items at packing counter, facilitate take‑away/delivery order process.
Make drinks and desserts for customers.
Ensure the standard of procedure are followed while making drinks and desserts.
Measure ingredients and follow brewing times and methods to maintain menu items’ quality.
Track ingredient expiry dates and arrange their use accordingly.
Manage the ingredients inventory and request the purchase of stock.
Maintain a clean and tidy bar station.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
