A leading educational institution in Johor is seeking a skilled HR professional to manage monthly payroll and benefit administration. The ideal candidate will handle various HR activities, ensure compliance with ISO standards, and assist in recruitment processes. The role requires independence in daily operations and proficiency in payroll cycle management. Knowledge of Timesoft is advantageous. This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to HR functions in a dynamic environment.
MDIS Malaysia International College – Nusajaya, Johor
Take charge for monthly payroll closing, statutory payment within payout target and complete proper filling for the monthly transactions diligently.
Assist HR activities during off payroll cycle such as recruitment process, probation performance management, P Filing, teaching permit keeping, letters and etc.
Assist to coordinate and dopreparation required for the delivery of training/workshops and maintain training documents of employees.
Able to provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested.
Familiar with ISO 9001 HR compliance and policies.
Maintain employee benefit administration such as leave records, insurance, medical and related.
General human resources and administration matters.
Manage employees’ fringe benefits – birthday, new born, and grievance.
Able to work independent in daily HR operations.
Performing other duties as may be assigned by the relevant authorities of the College.
Able to handle payroll cycle independently.
Knowledge about Timesoft is an added advantage.
Well versed about HR functions and compliances in ISO.
