Job summary
A leading global technology company in Kulim, Malaysia is seeking a Director of Global HPS Reliability & Quality. This role requires implementing quality metrics across HPS segments and directing product life cycle management. The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience in quality management, expertise in conducting audits, and advanced knowledge in reliability principles. Strong skills in communication and data analysis are essential. This full-time position offers a chance to lead significant quality initiatives in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- 10 to 12 years of leadership in quality management and related functions.
- 5 years’ experience conducting audits with international regulations.
- Thorough knowledge of validation principles and testing procedures.
Responsibilities
- Implement the Global TQ@ Celestica HPS quality strategy.
- Establish and monitor quality objectives and metrics.
- Mentor groups on reliability challenges and assess risks.
