About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operation Executive to join our dynamic team at Keleev Solutions Sdn Bhd. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our business in regards to the SIRIM‑MCMC application, ensuring efficiency and delivering exceptional results. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will play a key role in driving the company’s strategic objectives forward.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage and coordinate the day‑to‑day operations of the business, including planning, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
• Oversee the delivery of projects and services, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align operations with the company’s overall strategic goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to management.
• Identify and address operational challenges, implementing effective solutions.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the operations team.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a SIRIM‑related operations management role, preferably within SIRIM Certification related roles.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

• Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
