- Communicate with related departments/partners to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Ensure that our users/customers have a seamless checkout experience.
- Manage and optimize back-end cash floats and balances.
- Assure the safety of teammates and users/customers at the work place.
- Share sport passion and positive energy with users/customers locally.
- Represent the first and last in-store image of our company; be professional at managing customer demands and expectations.
