A leading workforce solutions provider is seeking a Customer Service Inbound Call representative in Penang. The role involves handling multi-channel customer interactions, providing accurate responses to inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates must have at least a minimum SPM, or equivalent, and be able to communicate in Malay and English. This position offers a salary range of RM2000-RM2300 per month and requires willingness to work on rotational shifts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) holder with at least one year of relevant working experience.
  • Open for fresh graduates (Diploma or above).
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Malay.
  • Willing to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.

  • KPI - RM300
  • Transport - Max up to RM200
  • Shift: RM90
Responsibilities
  • Handle all types of customer interactions across multiple channels, including correspondence, live chat, email, and calls.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customers’ technical issues, general inquiries, and product-related questions.
  • Ensure every transaction is managed professionally to deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Strive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to building long-term customer loyalty.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) holder with at least one (1) year of relevant working experience.
  • Open for fresh graduates (Diploma or above).
  • Able to speak average in ENGLISH & good in MALAY.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Able to work on Rotational shifts, including Weekends and Public Holidays.
