Responsibilities
  • Delight all customers/sport users through the relationship and the sales of products and services on all channels.
  • Take initiatives and be proactive to delight our customers.
  • Be able to manage accurate data collection and entry.
  • Give accurate information to customers' inquiries regarding products/services offered by the company.
  • Communicate with related departments/partners to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Ensure that our users/customers have a seamless checkout experience.
  • Manage and optimize back-end cash floats and balances.
  • Assure the safety of teammates and users/customers at the work place.
  • Share sport passion and positive energy with users/customers locally.
  • Represent the first and last in-store image of our company; be professional at managing customer demands and expectations.
