Job summary
A leading property development firm in Malaysia is seeking a Sales & Credit Admin Executive to support its sales and credit operations. This full-time role requires a degree in Business or Economics along with 2-5 years of relevant experience in credit control within property development. Responsibilities include managing documentation for loan approvals and customer inquiries, ensuring timely billings and collections, and maintaining operations accuracy. Candidates should be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with knowledge of property management systems a plus.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-5 years of related working experience in credit control property development.
- Exposure to or experience in a law firm is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of workflow for completion of sale & purchase agreements and loan documentations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the submission of NAPIC report & Laporan Kewangan HDA.
- Ensure timely billings, collections, and loan documentation.
- Attend to customer and solicitor enquiries in a professional manner.
