Job description

  • Manage end-to-end sales administration processes, including booking documentation, SPA/e-SPA execution, loan documentation, and completion tracking.
  • Monitor credit control activities, including progressive billing, collections follow-up, and ageing reports to support timely revenue recognition.
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and external solicitors to ensure smooth execution of sales transactions and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, housing laws, internal controls, and audit standards throughout the sales process.
  • Review and validate sales reports, SPA status, loan approval progress, and key milestones for management reporting.
  • Handle escalated purchaser, solicitor, or bank-related issues, providing timely and professional resolutions.
  • Drive process improvements and system enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.
  • Support sales launches and campaigns by ensuring administrative readiness, documentation accuracy, and team coordination.
