Job summary

A leading real estate company in Johor Bahru is seeking a Credit Administrator to manage documentation and loan arrangements for ongoing projects. The role includes ensuring timely payment collections and preparing necessary reports for management. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and have at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the real estate sector. Strong communication skills are essential for liaising with clients and internal teams.

Job description

To handle Credit Administration function relating to on-going, under construction projects.

To handle loan arrangements, documentation, progress billings, credit control and all matters pertaining to Credit Administration.

To ensure progressive payment are promptly collected within the agreed payment terms.

To monitor timely delivery of invoices, statements and reminder letters to purchasers.

To prepare or compile reports required by management.

To assist Management on tasks assigned.

To handle sub-sales confirmation, undertaking, signing of Deed of Mutual Covenants (DMC).

To apply Blanket Approval (Blanket Consent) and Batal Ganti.

To handle electricity and water supply application.

To handle MOT signing for title issues properties.

To prepare memorandum for approval (interest waiver, extension period for progress payment).

To liaise IT in regards with MHW system.

To update all relevant details communicated with debtors for future reference and handle VP, sub-sales, refinancing and etc.

Respond positively and professionally to customers’ queries and work closely with other departments to resolve issues within the stipulated deadline.

To handle Sales Administration function relation to on-going, under construction projects and completed projects.

To assist loan arrangement, documentation and first progressive billing.

To issue reminders on time for signing of SPA.

To liaise and follow up with sales agents, lawyers and purchasers in regards to execution of sale and purchase agreement.

To attend to customers’ queries and work closely with other department to resolve issues within the stipulated deadline.

To assist assistant manager / manager / senior manager or head of department on tasks assigned as and when required.

Job Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Expect at least 2 years and above.
  • Familiarity with real estate transactions, legal requirements, and industry practices is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
