Job description
Sales Operations Support for Commercial team Southeast Asia

Responsible for supporting the commercial team in Southeast Asia by managing data, analytics, and contract administration across Salesforce, SAP and Power BI.

Data Management

Set up new customers and key information in Salesforce and other systems, including credit control.

Maintain the integrity of customer information and reporting across all systems.

Act as a Salesforce Super User, maintaining knowledge of SAP and Salesforce and coaching sales and other account‑facing colleagues to ensure user proficiency.

Analytics and Reporting

Provide sales‑related data, monitoring reports and analytics on a regular and ad‑hoc basis to support the Head of FM and/or commercial team.

Maximise use of SAP and Power BI platforms to track and analyse sales metrics. Work with FP&A and other teams to create and share reports for improved sales management.

Coordinate Customer Requests to Support Sales

Coordinate customer requests for samples, certificates, specification sheets and product queries through to completion.

Contract Management

Monitor contract balances on existing contracts and submit to the Sales Manager for analysis.

Flag contracts due for expiry during the current or following month.

Pricing "Quotations Support

Liaise with the Pricing team to share price‑list updates when requested by the sales team.

Coordinate quotation preparation and sharing with customers.

Co‑ordinate with Pricing and Sales regarding changes requested by customers for products and samples.

Support the Sales team in obtaining price quotations and maintain accurate contracts in the system for a seamless customer experience.

Monitor the status of sales administration activities to identify problem areas and adapt procedures to improve team performance.

About you
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Fluent in English (written and oral). Any local language is appreciated.
  • Minimum 5 years in customer service or supply chain & operations related to food FMCG or food B2B.
  • Business‑level English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • IT skills in MS applications (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.), Google applications, and SAP.
  • Knowledge of chocolate/cocoa manufacturing is an additional benefit.
  • Able to proactively provide services by identifying the needs of service recipients.
  • Builds and maintains good and trusting relationships with others in a cooperative and collaborative manner (team worker).
  • Can‑do attitude, flexible adapting to changing environments and tasks.
