Job summary

A leading property development firm in Malaysia is seeking a Sales & Credit Admin Executive to support its sales and credit operations. This full-time role requires a degree in Business or Economics along with 2-5 years of relevant experience in credit control within property development. Responsibilities include managing documentation for loan approvals and customer inquiries, ensuring timely billings and collections, and maintaining operations accuracy. Candidates should be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with knowledge of property management systems a plus.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-5 years of related working experience in credit control property development.
  • Exposure to or experience in a law firm is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of workflow for completion of sale & purchase agreements and loan documentations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the submission of NAPIC report & Laporan Kewangan HDA.
  • Ensure timely billings, collections, and loan documentation.
  • Attend to customer and solicitor enquiries in a professional manner.

Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales & Credit Admin Executive to join our team at Armani Development Sdn. Bhd. in Glenmarie, Selangor. This full-time role will be responsible for supporting our sales and credit operations, playing a key part in the overall success of our banking and financial services business.

Responsibilities
  • Knowledge on ESPA @ e-invoicing.
  • Manage the submission of 7(f), NAPIC report & Laporan Kewangan HDA.
  • Ensure billings, reminders, termination and loan documentation are carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SPA.
  • Ensure timely billings, collections and loan documentation. Maintain and improve daily sales admin operation to ensure compliances and accuracy of reports where applicable.
  • Liaise with buyer, solicitor and end-financier to expedite loan approval and loan documentation for early disbursement and for due progress payment.
  • Responsible for all matters relating to redemption and collection of progress payment.
  • Attend to customers'/solicitors enquiries, concerns in courteous and professional manner.
  • Handling vacant possession & other matters after vacant possession ie. subsales, auction & refinancing.
  • Undertakes any other tasks as directed by superior as and when required.
Requirements
  • Possess a Degree in Business or Economics. Exposure to or experience in a law firm is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of related working experience in credit control property development.
  • Knowledge of work flow for completion of sale & purchase agreements, loan documentations, sales administration of stratified residential & commercial properties.
  • Computer literate and experience in using property management system such as GOLIVE would be added advantage.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin-speaking candidates are a plus.
