A leading food manufacturing company in Selangor is seeking a Sales Operations Support professional to manage customer setups, maintain sales data integrity, and provide analytics support. Applicants should have a Bachelor's Degree, at least 5 years of experience in customer service related to FMCG, and proficiency in Salesforce and SAP. This role demands strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude in supporting the sales team for enhanced service delivery.
Set up new customers and other key information in SalesForce and other systems as required including credit control;
Allocated tasks include ongoing maintenance of customer information integrity and reporting, to ensure this is up to date in all systems;
Operate as a Salesforce Super User, maintaining knowledge of SAP and Salesforce and coaching Sales and other account‑facing colleagues to maintain SalesForce user proficiency.
Provide sales‑related data and monitoring reports and analytics on regular and adhoc basis to support to Head of FM and/or commercial team;
Maximise use of SAP and Power BI platforms to track and analyse sales metrics, work with FP&A and other team to create & share reports for better sales management.
Coordinate customer requests for Samples, Certificates, Specification Sheets and particular product queries through to completion.
Monitor contract balances on existing contracts and submit to the Sales Manager for analysis;
Liaise with Pricing team to share Price list updates when requested by sales team.
Coordinate for quotation preparation and sharing with customers.
Co‑coordinate with Pricing and Sales due to changes requested by customer for products and samples.
Support Sales team obtain price quotation and maintain accurate contracts in the system for seamless customer experience.
Monitor the status of sales administration activities to identify problem areas and adapt procedures to improve the team performance.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Fluent in English in written and oral.
Any local language is appreciated.
Minimum 5 years in customer service or supply chain & operations related to food FMCG or food B2b.
Business level English (reading, writing, and speaking).
IT skills in MS applications (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.), Google applications, and SAP.
Knowledge of chocolate / cocoa manufacturing is additional benefit.
Able to proactively provide services by identifying the apparent and latent needs of service recipients.

Can‑do Attitude, not limiting his/her role, and flexibly adapting to changing environments and tasks to provide services.
