- Daily monitoring of all transactions is conducted to ensure accuracy, compliance with internal controls, and prompt detection of any irregularities or potential risks.
- Conduct evaluation and assessment of customers
- Prepare monthly and ad‑hoc reports (e.g. performance, status reports)
- Draft and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Support project initiatives and system enhancements as assigned by Manager / Assistant Manager
- Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) related analysis
- Monitor and follow up on purchase requisitions
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in computer software applications (e.g. Excel, Word, etc.)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong numerical aptitude
- Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage
