Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in HR-related roles, fresh graduates with internship experience are considered.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the full recruitment cycle including job posting, screening, and interviews.
• Work with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Coordinate candidate communication and prepare employment documents.
• Handle offboarding steps and maintain employee records accurately.
• Support payroll and assist with monthly HR reports.
