Account Officer is responsible for all aspects in relations to company accounting management and finance matters of the company with exquisite analytical, good communication, financial management, and problem-solving skills.
Manage and monitor the company’s accounting records, payables, receivables, general ledger, and other financial data
Prepare expenditures report, budgets and financial forecasts
Process and maintain invoices, bills, payments, and other transactions
Review client accounts for accuracy and possible discrepancies and issues
Accept and review credit and loan applications to determine if clients are eligible
Communicate with clients and answer questions about financial products and services
