Job Responsibilities:
  • Daily monitoring of all transactions is conducted to ensure accuracy, compliance with internal controls, and prompt detection of any irregularities or potential risks.
  • Conduct evaluation and assessment of customers
  • Prepare monthly and ad‑hoc reports (e.g. performance, status reports)
  • Draft and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Support project initiatives and system enhancements as assigned by Manager / Assistant Manager
  • Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) related analysis
  • Monitor and follow up on purchase requisitions
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in computer software applications (e.g. Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong numerical aptitude
  • Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage
