Job summary

A leading technology and consulting firm is seeking an Account Service Delivery Manager in Malaysia to manage key client accounts in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, and a strong understanding of BFSI operations. Responsibilities include building client relationships, ensuring delivery of solutions align with client expectations, and driving account growth. A bachelor's degree and 6-8 years of experience in account management are required.

Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of experience in key account management within the IT services/consulting industry.
  • Strong understanding of BFSI operations and relevant technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-million Ringgit portfolios.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary relationship manager for key UST accounts.
  • Develop understanding of client business objectives and technology landscape.
  • Ensure client satisfaction leading to renewals and expansions.
  • Collaborate with project delivery leaders for successful delivery.
  • Monitor adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs.
