The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, and a strong understanding of BFSI operations. Responsibilities include building client relationships, ensuring delivery of solutions align with client expectations, and driving account growth. A bachelor's degree and 6-8 years of experience in account management are required.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in key account management within the IT services/consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of BFSI operations and relevant technology solutions.
• Proven track record of managing multi-million Ringgit portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship manager for key UST accounts.
• Develop understanding of client business objectives and technology landscape.
• Ensure client satisfaction leading to renewals and expansions.
• Collaborate with project delivery leaders for successful delivery.
• Monitor adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs.
