Job summary
A technology company in Johor Bahru is seeking an RPA Developer. You will design, develop, and maintain RPA bots, collaborate with Business Analysts, and improve bot logic based on feedback. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of experience in RPA development or a keen interest in learning. Skills

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable RPA bots using RPA tools
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand client processes and translate them into efficient automation workflows
- Create reusable components, templates, and automation assets
- Maintain and troubleshoot automation bots to ensure reliability and performance
- Integrate RPA bots with APIs, databases, or legacy systems
- Document technical flows, exception handling, and best practices
- Continuously improve bot logic based on user feedback and operational insights
- Support internal proof of concepts and client onboarding sessions as needed
- 1-2 years of experience in RPA development
- We also welcome developers that don’t have experience with RPA development but eager to learn
- Basic understanding of workflow design, data manipulation, and exception handling
- Experience with Excel automation, email parsing, or web scraping
- Analytical and detail-oriented with strong debugging skills
- Effective communication skills, especially when working with non-technical stakeholders
- Added advantage: experience with AI integration, OCR/IDP tools, or API-based automations
