We are seeking a self-driven, results oriented Business Development Executive/Senior Executive to join our fast-growing team. This role is primarily focused on inside sales where you will be responsible for driving lead generation, qualifying and nurturing prospects, and work closely with the field sales team to successfully convert opportunities into new business.

Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels to drive incremental revenue and profit.
Engage with key decision-makers to understand their business challenges and tailor appropriate software solutions to meet their needs.
Collaborate closely with field sales teams and solution specialists to develop and advance qualified opportunities, contributing to an expanding sales pipeline.
Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline data, with weekly funnel tracking and updates to the department head.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and revenue contribution.
Work cross-functionally to streamline sales processes and enhancing the customer experience and driving efficiency.
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients through proactive engagement, needs assessment, and solution recommendations.
Handle inbound prospect inquiries, converting them into qualified leads by understanding customer needs and positioning the right solutions.
Highlight key product/services features and benefits, cross-sell, and upsell relevant HCM, ERP, and Cloud Infrastructure solutions to meet client requirements.
Support marketing initiatives by assisting with events, campaigns, and networking activities to strengthen brand awareness and build business relationships.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the HCM, ERP and Cloud Infrastructure space.
Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or business development, preferably within the HCM, ERP, or Cloud Infrastructure software industry and in outbound selling.
Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Proven track record in lead generation, pipeline development, and sales target achievement.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Understanding of SaaS sales cycles and B2B customer engagement is highly advantageous.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.

Strong research and problem-solving capabilities to identify client needs and propose effective solutions.
