Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in the planning and preparation of menu items.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to efficiently deliver exceptional dining experiences.
  • Participate in menu development and testing of new recipes.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior kitchen staff.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control.
