Job Scopes

Provide professional and courteous service to all customers.

Handle customer feedback, in the most appropriate manner, within operational guidelines.

Answers incoming calls as per operations standard.

Inspecting items and assessing the value of items brought in by customers.

Effectively communicates to customers on policy of the pawn and trade-in transactions.

Perform pawn renewal and trade-in transactions.

Handle all cash, bank transactions, voucher, and negotiable items in accordance with established policies, procedures, and practices.

Housekeeping of the store.

Assist in stock handling, stock-take and documentation.

Any other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

At least SPM qualification.

Presenting a neat and professional appearance is important.

No experiences are required; training will be provided.

Must be able to work at weekends (Saturday & Sunday), off rest days at weekdays.
