Role Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable RPA bots using RPA tools
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand client processes and translate them into efficient automation workflows
• Create reusable components, templates, and automation assets
• Maintain and troubleshoot automation bots to ensure reliability and performance
• Integrate RPA bots with APIs, databases, or legacy systems
• Document technical flows, exception handling, and best practices
• Continuously improve bot logic based on user feedback and operational insights
• Support internal proof of concepts and client onboarding sessions as needed

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in RPA development
• We also welcome developers that don’t have experience with RPA development but eager to learn
• Basic understanding of workflow design, data manipulation, and exception handling
• Experience with Excel automation, email parsing, or web scraping
• Analytical and detail-oriented with strong debugging skills
• Effective communication skills, especially when working with non-technical stakeholders
• Added advantage: experience with AI integration, OCR/IDP tools, or API-based automations
