• Act as the Head of the Electrical Department and ensure Sunway Lost World of Tambun follows the required standards set by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST).
• Ensure safety and compliance of switchgears, cables and transformers through meticulous oversight and maintenance.
• Respond to breakdowns and restore power supply during regular hours and on-call periods.
• Lead upgrade of plant equipment from planning to procurement and implementation.
• Prepare maintenance schedule for electrical equipment, rides control, motor starter and facilities.
• Contribute to electrical expansion projects and manage third‑party electricity supply requests.
• Guide and inspire a team of electrical supervisors and technicians, fostering growth and excellence through effective management.
• Uphold highest safety and quality standards by adhering to ISO Integrated Management System standards and safety regulations.
• Conduct departmental morning briefing on scheduled workdays.
• Perform other job related duties as instructed by superiors.

• Minimum of FIVE YEARS of relevant work experience and THREE YEARS of management skills.
• Experienced in high voltage electrical systems to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Proficient in LV & HT switching.
• Knowledge and experience in amusement park rides, water slide and pool maintenance.
• Knowledge and experience with JKKP inspection procedures.
• Thrive in a team environment while efficiently managing multiple tasks and projects.
• Possess a valid driving license and enthusiasm for site visits to keep operations running smoothly.
• Possess good interpersonal skills while interacting with guests, patrons and employees.
• Able to work under minimal supervision and produce maximum productivity.
• Must be able to work in shifts whenever required on weekends and public holidays to cater to business needs.
