We’re looking to add a Planner in Bayan Lepas plant.

As a Planner, you will:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Provide competitive quotes to customers.
• Handle day‑to‑day operational issues to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Monitor operational trends and take appropriate actions.
• Manage and coordinate activities to meet set objectives and customer requirements – delivery, quality and profitability.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver product launches on time with minimum cost impact.
• Ensure achievement of all customer and company requirements including quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness.
• Maintain effective communication within the company and with customers.
• Seek opportunities to improve productivity and reduce cost.
• Control inventory at optimum levels.
• Review and approve Engineering Change documents, document changes, subordinate overtime, line qualification and deviations.
• Perform other duties as and when required by Venture.

What skills and experiences are we looking for:

• Degree or Diploma holder with a minimum of 2 years of planning/customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or work experience.
• Good understanding and communication skills.
• Computer literate and well‑versed in Microsoft Office tools.
• Work experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ERP (SAP) and Oracle systems is an advantage.
