Job summary

A leading construction and property development company in Malaysia is looking for a candidate to assist in planning and implementing foundation programs and events. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, supporting project proposals, and maintaining stakeholder communications. A degree in any discipline is required, with a preference for fields such as Human Resources or Marketing. Previous experience is preferred but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Suitable candidates should have proficiency in Microsoft Office and a passion for community service.

Support the development of project proposals, budgets, and timelines.

Coordinate logistics for events, including venue bookings, catering, and participant registration.

Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain accurate records of program activities, expenses, and outcomes.

Assist in building and maintaining relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and volunteers.

Undertake and assist in the recording and processing of invoices, receipts and payments as required.

Provide administrative support to the foundation team as needed.

Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

Requirements:

Degree in any discipline; a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or Marketing is an added advantage.

Previous experience or internship in a similar capacity is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

Fast learner with a willingness to acquire new knowledge.

Passion for community service and making a positive impact.
