Requesting and analyzing RFQs (Request for Quotations).
Identifying, vetting, and selecting suppliers for materials, components, and services.
Negotiating prices, payment terms, delivery timelines, and conditions.
Building long-term, strategic partnerships with suppliers.
Ensuring alignment of supplier capabilities with company needs.
Maintaining documentation, contracts, and supplier data.
Supporting audits and supplier evaluations.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of procurement/sourcing best practices.
Familiarity with quality systems and compliance (e.g., ISO audits).
