We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee our accounting operations.

Job Title: Accounts /Finance Manager

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulators for audits, tax filings, and financial submissions.
• Manage and monitor company cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operations.

• Handle full sets of accounts and responsible for month-end closing and other financial matters. Ensure timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions.
• Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.
• Responsible for the overall preparation of management and financial reports in compliance with management requirements including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash flow statement.
• Collaborate with company secretary, auditors, bankers and tax agents pertaining to account and tax related matters.
• Assist in the day-to-day accounting operations and departmental activities.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
• To handle e-invoicing and SST related matters.

1. Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
3. Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
4. Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.
5. Proficient in QNE accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
6. Able to multi-task and work independently.
7. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
