We’re looking to add more than an Engineer, Process in Bayan Lepas plant.

As an Engineer, Process in HLA, You will:

Liaise with other support groups for Process issues and participate in the problem solving / improvement activities.

Maintain and carry out improvement projects to enhance individual product dept target set.

Liaise with buyer/SQE for any incoming material quality issue.

Define and establish product configuration and process flow / control.

Setting and maintaining of the assembly process and procedures.

Participate in the new product assembly setup, transfer activities and also the product EOL activities.

Attend to internal ISO audits and other audits if required.

Perform SBR / FN / pilot build and daily line NCMR disposition.

Conduct certification of operators and assembly tooling / equipment.

Support in carrying out evaluation for First Article run.

Perform assessment on ESH hazard and aspect. Establish risk control measures to mitigate accident and injuries. Exert effort to reduce usage of hazardous material to mitigate the pollution, accidents and injuries.

What skills and experiences are we looking:

Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering with 2 years’ experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and / or work experience.

Familiar with HLA and box build assembly are advantageous.

Good knowledge to interpret BOM, Process Control and FMEA.

Possess strong communication skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels.

A team player and independent.
