Job summary
A facility solution company located in Puchong is seeking a Finance & Accounts Executive. The ideal candidate is fluent in Mandarin and English, with a relevant degree and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include financial reporting, compliance coordination, and management support. Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and analyse monthly/annual financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Monitor company expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
Compliance & Coordination
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (tax, SOCSO, EPF, EIS)
- Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities
Management Support
- Provide financial summaries for management review
- Assist in strategic decision‑making with financial insights
- Oversee documentation standards and internal controls
Supervisory/Ad‑hoc
- Guide clerks or junior staff on accounting procedures
- Handle ad‑hoc financial projects assigned by management
Daily Bookkeeping
- Perform data entry into accounting systems (e.g., AutoCount)
- Process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries
- Maintain and update financial records and filing systems
Transaction Processing
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable and follow up on collections
- Reconcile bank statements and petty cash claims
- Handle routine office supplies and vendor payments
Administrative Support
- Manage basic HR documentation (leave records, staff files)
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and finance‑related correspondence
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining office records
Ad‑hoc Duties
- Support executives in preparing documents for audits or reporting
- Perform clerical tasks as assigned by superiors
