Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of hands‑on Workday functional experience in multiple HCM modules.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Proven experience in Workday configurations, business processes, and security.
- Workday Functional related Experience in a BPO or shared services environment preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
Workday Configuration & Support
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Talent, Recruiting, Time Tracking, and Benefits (based on project scope).
- Manage business process configurations, security roles, calculated fields, reports, dashboards, and notifications.
- Perform routine audits and ensure system data integrity and compliance.
Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting
- Provide Level 2/3 functional support for Workday incidents.
- Diagnose and resolve system issues, ensuring clear communication with business users and internal support teams.
- Work closely with technical teams for integrations‑related escalations.
Enhancements & Optimization
- Lead Workday enhancement requests, analyze business needs, and recommend scalable solutions.
- Plan and execute semi‑annual Workday releases; assess impact and update configurations accordingly.
- Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and configuration guides.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations teams to understand business requirements.
- Support clients (if applicable) in new deployments, stabilization, or post‑production improvements.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and end‑user training.
Reporting & Analytics
- Design and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics that support operational and management needs.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve HR processes using Workday data.
Projects & Implementation Support
- Participate in implementation or enhancement projects including requirement gathering, Fit‑Gap analyses, testing, and deployment.
- Support data migration, UAT, regression testing, and change management activities.
