Job description

EVE Energy Malaysia Sdn Bhd – Kulim, Kedah

Perform calibration, verification, and maintenance of measurement instruments and equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Develop and optimize metrology management procedures, calibration plans, and work instructions.

Conduct periodic status verification, deviation analysis, and propose improvement actions for measurement equipment.

Manage third-party calibration service providers, review calibration reports, and ensure compliance.

Establish and maintain measurement data traceability in accordance with national/international standards (e.g., CNAS, ISO 17025).

Participate in equipment selection and acceptance, including metrology risk evaluation and uncertainty analysis.

Provide technical support to production and R&D teams on measurement-related issues.

Support internal and external audits and prepare metrology system documentation.

Conduct training for employees to improve measurement awareness and capability.

Requirements

Bachelor degree and above, 2 years of relevant work experience in the same position, more than 3 years in management position.

Familiar with testing standards, enterprise testing standards and new energy vehicle related testing standards

Possess test-related knowledge, test equipment knowledge, enterprise management knowledge, etc.

Possess test logic and be proficient in using relevant analysis tools, such as origin, 6sigma, PDCA, etc.

Possess theoretical knowledge and practical experience in CNAS/ISO17025 laboratory management.
