Job description

We are looking for a Data Center Logistics Executive to join our client growing operations team. In this role, you will manage IT hardware assets, coordinate inventory movements, and ensure accurate documentation of all shipments and asset activities. You’ll work closely with the IT Operations, Asset Management, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics workflows within our data center environment.

What You Will Do

• Receive, unpack, and process IT equipment and other goods.
• Verify shipments, update inventory, and report discrepancies.
• Prepare and distribute computer kits and hardware for deployment or relocation.
• Maintain accurate records of shipping, receiving, and asset movements.
• Perform asset tagging and tracking using barcodes or management tools.
• Support inventory audits and monthly stock reporting.
• Manage on-site assets, ensuring proper storage and labeling.
• Provide timely logistics support and customer service to internal teams.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and coordinate hardware repairs.
• Collaborate with Asset Management and IT Operations teams to streamline workflows.

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma or Associate Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in logistics, warehouse, or asset management (IT/data center preferred).
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with inventory/asset management systems.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Able to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Physically able to handle equipment and warehouse tasks.
• Comfortable working in a data center environment.
• Willing and able to work shifts: 9:00–18:00 or 12:00–21:00, five days a week.

Added Advantage

• Experience in IT hardware logistics or data center operations.
• Familiarity with barcode scanners, asset tagging systems, or warehouse management software.
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware components (servers, routers, peripherals).
