  • Must be able to read, write, and speak Mandarin fluently (Essential for communication with China-based clients and suppliers)
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
  • Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities – Finance & Accounts Executive

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and analyse monthly/annual financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Monitor company expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities

Compliance & Coordination

  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (tax, SOCSO, EPF, EIS)
  • Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities

Management Support

  • Provide financial summaries for management review
  • Assist in strategic decision‑making with financial insights
  • Oversee documentation standards and internal controls

Supervisory/Ad‑hoc

  • Guide clerks or junior staff on accounting procedures
  • Handle ad‑hoc financial projects assigned by management
Key Responsibilities – Finance & Accounts Clerk

Daily Bookkeeping

  • Perform data entry into accounting systems (e.g., AutoCount)
  • Process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries
  • Maintain and update financial records and filing systems

Transaction Processing

  • Monitor accounts payable/receivable and follow up on collections
  • Reconcile bank statements and petty cash claims
  • Handle routine office supplies and vendor payments

Administrative Support

  • Manage basic HR documentation (leave records, staff files)
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and finance‑related correspondence
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining office records

Ad‑hoc Duties

  • Support executives in preparing documents for audits or reporting
  • Perform clerical tasks as assigned by superiors
