Job description

Plays a crucial role in managing all change activities of the Organization, governing and ensuring are change pre-requisites have been complied before any change is to be implemented. Responsible for minimizing incidents resulting from changes and driving continuous service improvement within the domain.

Manage the full Change Management lifecycle in alignment with ITIL standards.

Review, assess, and authorize Requests for Change (RFCs), ensuring completeness and accurate impact analysis

Chair and coordinate internal Change Approval Committee (CAC), Emergency Change Approval Committee (eCAC), and Implementation Review (IR).

Prepare agendas, circulate change requests, and engage stakeholders for effective decision-making.

Identify risks and issues, recommend mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.

Define, maintain, and monitor compliance with Change Management standards.

Communicate process updates and changes to stakeholders regularly.

Track and report key metrics (e.g., success rates, failed changes) and identify improvement opportunities.

Ensure timely processing of source control requests and movement of application code from development/UAT to production.

Maintain centralized documentation and system configuration records for audits and yearly reviews.

Lead initiatives to enhance process maturity and drive continuous improvement.

We are looking for people who

Minimum 3 years in IT service delivery or related roles.

Strong understanding of ITIL Service Management principles (e.g., Change Management, Continuous Service Improvement).

Familiarity with digitalization and automation of application deployment workflows.

Exposure to Wintel, AS400, and UNIX operating systems (advantageous).

Programming experience (added advantage).

ITIL Certification preferred.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Ability to thrive in a fast- paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills in English.

Professional and tactful under pressure.

High integrity, accountability, and team‑oriented mindset.
