Creative Team Leadership & Management
- Manage and mentor the creative design team by establishing goals, offering feedback, and nurturing their development.
- Oversee resource allocation, task assignment, and project schedules to maintain quality and meet deadlines.
Concept Development & Creative Strategy
- Lead the development and execution of creative strategies across marketing, retail, digital, and brand campaigns.
- Turn brand goals into impactful visual ideas, campaigns, and activations that resonate with the intended audience.
Campaign Strategy & Collateral Management
- Lead the execution of marketing collateral, including POSM, social content, video deliverables, retail displays, and e-commerce visuals.
- Maintain consistent creative execution across platforms and campaigns to uphold brand identity.
Project Management & Vendor Coordination
- Oversee project workflows, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate with vendors, photographers, and production teams to deliver top-quality results.
Brand Governance, Strategy & Innovation
- Keep brand guidelines up to date and ensure consistent application across every asset.
- Bring in fresh design trends, modern tools, and emerging technologies to elevate creativity and workflow.
- Continuously evaluate creative performance and recommend improvements based on analytics and feedback.
Cross-Functional Partnerships & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Marketing, Retail, Digital, Product, and Sales teams to align on campaign goals.
- Deliver creative concepts and campaign overviews to internal stakeholders to secure approval.
- Maintain alignment between creative deliverables and overall business goals.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track the performance of campaigns, assess design impact, and oversee team productivity levels.
- Deliver clear reports on creative outcomes, project timing, and ROI to help refine future strategies.
Requirements
- Holds a Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or any relevant discipline.
- At least 3–5 years of creative design experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, with added advantage in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Proven leadership with excellent project management and cross-team collaboration strengths.
- Sharp design sense with a strong grasp of brand aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail.
- Highly preferred: experience working with retail, lifestyle, or consumer-driven brands.
