  • Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team‑lead role.

  • Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities
  • Sales & Customer Service
    Drive sales performance to meet or exceed store targets.
    Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
    Motivate and coach staff to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Team Leadership
    Supervise, train, and support sales associates in daily store operations.
    Assist in staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and performance evaluations.
    Foster a positive, team‑oriented work environment.
  • Store Operations
    Oversee store opening and closing procedures.
    Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
    Manage cash handling, deposits, and register accuracy.
  • Merchandising & Inventory
    Ensure merchandise is well‑stocked and properly displayed.
    Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention activities.
    Participate in stock counts and assist with product transfers.
  • Reporting & Compliance
    Prepare sales and operational reports as required.
    Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures.
