A company in Malaysia is looking for an HR professional responsible for managing the recruitment process, including shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, and preparing documentation. The candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and over three years of experience in HR. Proficiency in the Employment Act 1955 and fluency in English and BM are essential. This role involves coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities, maintaining HR records, and supporting various HR functions.
Manage Manpower Requisition Form (MRF) process – ensure submission and approval before job posting.
Handle recruitment activities: shortlist candidates, arrange interviews, prepare documents, and attend interviews with Hiring Managers.
Prepare salary proposals with benchmarking and draft offer letters upon approval.
Coordinate pre‑onboarding arrangements with IT, Admin, and HR; oversee new joiner orientation and communication.
Update HRIS with new joiners/resignees; monitor confirmations and send reminders.
Manage offboarding process including resignation acceptance, exit forms, checklists, and interviews.
Maintain organization charts, employee directory, and public holiday list.
Support HR functions including performance appraisals, correspondence, reporting, policy improvements, and HRIS records.
Participate in company activities, employee engagement programs, CSR, career fairs, and meetings.
Assist in ad‑hoc HR tasks as required.
