Sales Coordinator Executive - Business Development

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, attending to customers’ queries, and ensure timely follow-ups with customers.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor vessel space and update the sales team regarding space availability.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and presentations as needed.
- Provide timely updates to the sales team regarding customer feedback and requirements.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain organized and accurate records of all sales activities and transactions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Track sales performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
Administrative & Marketing Support
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide insights and feedback from customers to enhance marketing efforts.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales coordination or sales support role, preferably within the shipping or logistics industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
