About the Role

We’re hiring a Web Administrator to manage our cloud servers and WordPress websites across multiple brands. You’ll handle daily operations, security, performance, and troubleshooting in both on‑premises and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor Linux cloud VPS servers.
• Perform OS and backend patching, security hardening, and performance optimisation.
• Troubleshoot issues across web, email, FTP and related services.
• Manage SSH/SFTP access, service recovery, and daily off‑site backups.
• Oversee WordPress websites, including periodic scans for malware, defacement and suspicious files.
• Update WordPress core, plugins, and themes, and optimise site loading speed.
• Manage Cloudflare settings for security and performance.
• Provide regular reports on site health and activity.
• Coordinate with developers/designers for fixes or enhancements.

Requirements

• Experience with Linux, Windows web server administration and cloud hosting.
• Strong WordPress troubleshooting and security skills.
• Familiar with MySQL, Nginx/Apache, SSL and DNS.
• Hands‑on with Cloudflare configuration.
• Able to respond to server or website issues promptly.
• Experience with backups, disaster recovery or automation.
