  • Prepare and submit monthly incentive claims.

Manage office supplies and equipment for all assigned floors and departments.

Coordinate ordering, maintenance, and tracking of office equipment to ensure smooth daily operations

2. Documentation & Record Management

Organize, maintain, and update physical and digital documentation for all assigned branches.

Create and maintain finance codes, sales records, and operational documents accurately.

Process and manage key orders, including e-commerce purchase orders (Shopee & Lazada).

Prepare, calculate, and submit monthly incentive claims, including:

  • Promoter / Part-time Incentives
  • Key Account Executive Incentives
  • FS Central & FS KK Branch Incentives

Coordinate closely with Sales and Finance teams to ensure incentive accuracy and timely submission.

Set up and maintain price settings for assigned regions (JB, Seremban, Ipoh, Central, Prai, Alor Setar).

Prepare and update quarterly promotion profiles.

Halal Compliance & Certification

Ensure company products, raw materials, ingredients, and processes comply with Halal standards.

Handle and manage Halal certification applications, renewals, and audits.

Coordinate with Halal certification bodies, regulatory authorities, and suppliers.

Maintain and update Halal-related documentation, including supplier certificates, product dossiers, and audit records.

Experience

1–3 years’ experience in:

  • Sales administration or commercial support
  • Documentation and record management
  • Pricing, incentives, or order processing

Experience supporting Halal compliance or certification processes is an added advantage.

Exposure to FMCG, distribution, or multi-branch operations is preferred.
