Primary Objective: Leads the human resources functions for the company, planning, organizing, and implementing HR activities to support the overall business strategy.
- Human Resources Core Functions:

- System and Policy Management:
- Review, streamline, and execute HR systems, guidelines, procedures, and policies to meet company goals.
- Implement HR measures/initiatives from Group HR within timelines.
- Administrative Duties:
- Ensure efficient workflow for office administration including stationery, printing, uniform, telecommunication devices, office equipment, furniture, company motor vehicles, and office maintenance.
- Other Duties:
- Perform other projects/duties as instructed by management.
Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent professional qualifications.
Experience: Minimum 6 years in a similar industry.
Skills: Analytical skills, competencies in talent acquisition and management, training, payroll, and HR services.
