Key Responsibilities (External Facing)
- Oversee HR operations (personnel, payroll, and recruitment) for the Malaysian branch and assist in implementing HQ-driven projects such as campus recruitment.
- Handle daily administrative affairs, including procurement of fixed assets, applying for and renewing business-related licenses and certifications.
- Organize various meetings and union activities within the Malaysian branch.
- Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
Job Requirements (External Facing)
- Bachelors degree or higher from a full-time accredited university, preferably in Human Resources, Administration, or related fields.
- 35 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with national labor and HR laws and regulations; trained in HR management, labor laws, and corporate management.
- Strong interpersonal skills; upright, positive, and approachable personality.
- Proactive and responsible; service-oriented, goal-driven, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Chinese, English, and Malay (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Gender: No preference
- Education: Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited institution
- Experience: Preferably under 32 years old
- Personality traits: Responsible, dedicated, quick learner
- Background: Experience in HR at Chinese-owned companies, especially in recruitment and personnel management
