Key Responsibilities (External Facing)
  1. Oversee HR operations (personnel, payroll, and recruitment) for the Malaysian branch and assist in implementing HQ-driven projects such as campus recruitment.
  2. Handle daily administrative affairs, including procurement of fixed assets, applying for and renewing business-related licenses and certifications.
  3. Organize various meetings and union activities within the Malaysian branch.
  4. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
Job Requirements (External Facing)
  1. Bachelors degree or higher from a full-time accredited university, preferably in Human Resources, Administration, or related fields.
  2. 35 years of relevant experience.
  3. Familiar with national labor and HR laws and regulations; trained in HR management, labor laws, and corporate management.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills; upright, positive, and approachable personality.
  5. Proactive and responsible; service-oriented, goal-driven, and able to work under pressure.
  6. Proficient in Chinese, English, and Malay (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Preferred Candidate Profile
  1. Gender: No preference
  2. Education: Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited institution
  3. Experience: Preferably under 32 years old
  4. Personality traits: Responsible, dedicated, quick learner
  5. Background: Experience in HR at Chinese-owned companies, especially in recruitment and personnel management
