- Assist in the recruitment and selection of new talent
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
- Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and HR policies
- Any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and payroll administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proactive and customer‑oriented approach to problem‑solving
- Relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field
