Job Description:

We are seeking a Operation Lead to take charge of our Cyberjaya team tinted services.

This role oversees day-to-day operations, guides the telesales team, coordinates tinted installers, and ensures every customer receives a premium tinted service experience.

You will act as the main person-in-charge for the Cyberjaya site and work closely with HQ to maintain smooth and efficient business performance.

Industry: Automotive (Tesla-Approved Body & Tinting Services)

Employment Type: Contract

Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 9:00AM – 6:00PM
• Saturday: 9:00AM – 1:00PM

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

• Oversee daily tinting workflow from booking → installation → completion.
• Plan installer schedules, assign jobs, and ensure smooth operational flow.
• Monitor job quality, installation turnaround time, and SOP compliance.
• Track inventory (films, tools, consumables) and coordinate replenishment with HQ.
• Supervise and support two telesales staff to ensure accurate bookings and customer follow‑up.
• Serve as the main liaison for installers on job coordination and operational needs.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to the team.

Customer Experience:

• Handle walk‑in customers with professionalism and clarity.
• Respond to inquiries, requests, complaints, and after‑sales matters.
• Oversee job check‑in, pre‑inspection, and final handover to customers.
• Maintain a premium service standard aligned with Tesla‑approved processes.
• Monitor daily sales results and booking performance.
• Review installation capacity vs. job load and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare weekly operational reports for management.

HQ Coordination:

• Communicate operational challenges, manpower updates, and escalations to HQ.
• Support marketing or sales programs when needed.
• Share customer insights and product demand trends with procurement.

General Administration:

• Maintain documentation, warranty forms, and customer service records.
• Ensure the workspace is safe, organized, and well‑maintained.

Job Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years’ experience in car tinted operations, customer service, automotive, or service-related fields.
• Strong communication and customer handling skills.
• Experience leading small teams is an advantage.
• Able to work independently, problem‑solve, and multitask.
• Must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.
• Basic understanding of tinting or automotive service is a plus (training provided).
