Job summary
A financial institution in Subang Jaya is seeking a professional to grow the SME portfolio through new business acquisition while meeting personal and business centre targets. This role involves cross-selling products and services to achieve financial objectives, acquiring new loan and deposit customers, and executing business strategies. Candidates should possess a Degree or Diploma and may be fresh graduates or have 2-3 years of banking experience with a basic understanding of financial accounts.
Qualifications
- Recognised Degree or Diploma required.
- Fresh graduates or those with 2-3 years banking experience with credit knowledge are acceptable.
- Basic understanding of financial accounts needed.
Responsibilities
- Grow the SME portfolio via new business acquisition.
- Cross-sell the Bank’s products & services to meet customer needs.
- Acquire new quality loan and deposit customers.
- Execute business plans and strategies set by the Bank.
- Comply with all relevant rules and regulations.
Education
To grow the SME portfolio via new business acquisition with the objective of meeting personal and business centre targets.
To continuously cross-sell the Bank’s products & services, with the objective of meeting the customer needs and achieving the Bank’s financial objectives.
To acquire new quality loan / deposit customers.
To execute business plans and strategies set by the Bank.
To comply with all relevant rules and regulations governing the Bank’s business.
- A recognised Degree / Diploma
