Qualifications

• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Preferably Assistant Managers/Managers/Senior Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
• Registered member of BOVEAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of property or building executives and technical services personnel.
• Oversee the operations, maintenance, and administration of multiple developments.
• Implement the preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
