A financial services company in Ipoh is seeking an Accounting Executive to manage ledger entries and reconcile daily sales. The ideal candidate will possess at least SPM or equivalent, with 1-2 years of experience. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time position offering growth opportunities in the accounting department.

Qualificações

  • Must possess relevant education qualifications.
  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting related fields preferred.

Responsabilidades

  • Complete daily ledger entries and financial transactions.
  • Reconcile daily sales to account for collections.
  • Ensure timely accuracy of account receivable transactions.
  • Assist in daily operations within the accounting department.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete assigned daily ledger entries and other financial transactions in accordance of financial principal which include Account Payables, Accounts Receivables
  • Reconciles daily sales to cash, credit card to ensure all collection are fullly accounted
  • Ensure acurancy of account receivable transaction in timely manner
  • Assist in the day to day operation and activities in account department
  • Able to perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher Graduate Diploma, LCCI or equivalent.
  • Required language(s):Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
  • At least 1-2Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh.
  • Preferably candidates with full set of accounts
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
