About the Job

As the Sales/Territory Manager, you will be:

  • Building strong client relationships, identifying customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and staying informed on industry trends. The ideal candidate will focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for construction system buyers, managing both sales and rental activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Actively prospecting within an assigned territory to identify and prioritize potential clients and projects. Managing a sales pipeline using internal CRM tools and working with leadership to allocate resources effectively.
  • Preparing cost estimates based on internal pricing structures, developing customized presentations, and delivering proposals that address client needs while demonstrating cost‑effective solutions.
  • Finalizing orders using standard contractual documentation and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed for processing.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations and maintain strong relationships. Supporting follow‑up on payment collections to meet account receivable targets.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities, and developing strategies to expand business with new and existing clients.
  • Participating in training, industry events, and other assigned projects as needed to support professional development and company initiatives.
