SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Job summary
A financial services company is seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage accounts, handle payments, and monitor cash flow. The role involves ensuring accuracy in financial records while collaborating with suppliers. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of relevant experience, be familiar with Autocount Software, and have basic computer skills. Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring cash flow & banking matters.
- Manage all accounts payable & receivable.
- Ensure all account transactions are updated timely and accurate.
- Review and check all transaction entries with documents for sales invoice, progress claim, and purchase invoice.

- Assist in monitoring cash flow & banking matter.
- Managing all account payable & receivable.
- To ensure all accounts transactions are updated timely and accurate.
- Review and checking all transaction entry with documents for sales invoice, progress claim and purchase invoice.
- Experiences in Autocount Software
- Required basic computer skills (Excel, Word and etc)
- Min. education requirement: LCCI
- Aggressive , committed to work & can handle multitask job.
- Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
- At least 2-4 years’ experience in related field.
- Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.

-Executive and above shall be eligible to claim for the dental.
-Confirmed Executive who is certified by registered optician to wear spectacles or contact lenses to perform duties shall be eligible.
In recognition of long services, the company will award services awards based on 3 year, 5 years, 10 years and thereafter 5 years
A confirmed emplyee who does not utilize any leave within the relevant assesment period shall be eligible.
